I know the title's obvious, but I can't think of anything else, I can't use something they said as they never said anything!
This is based on the nurses from the movie, as they were much more appealing to the eye than those in the game (think back to the Puppet Nurses in the first Silent Hill game).
All nurses in real life should look like the nurses in the movie!
